From the Land, For the Land

Southern Engineering & Agriculture was created to support farmers in the Great Southern with reliable, practical solutions. With 35 years of hands-on experience, Daniel Parker created SEA to deliver quality gear and trusted service right where it’s needed.

Our Beginnings

Daniel Parker in Esperance, founder of Southern Engineering & Agriculture, inspired by his family’s farm equipment business

Where It All Started

Growing up in Esperance and working in the family business, Parker Silos & Sheet Metal, Daniel Parker learned early what matters on a farm: gear that’s built tough and works when you need it. When equipment fails, everything stops  and that’s not an option during busy times.

Over the years, Daniel saw a real need across the Great Southern for dependable, local engineering support and equipment farmers could rely on. That’s why Southern Engineering & Agriculture was started  to design and build strong, practical and innovative solutions that stand up to the demands of modern farming, and keep progressive farmers and businesses moving with high-capacity, reliable equipment.

The Challenge

Before SEA

For too long, farmers in the Great Southern struggled to find equipment and repairs nearby. Reliable support was hard to come by, with many forced to look hundreds of kilometres away for help.

That meant long waits, costly downtime, and extra pressure during the busiest times of the year. Farmers needed a local partner they could count on.

The Solution

How We’ve Changed Things

Southern Engineering & Agriculture stepped up to meet that need. By bringing local knowledge, hands-on experience, and the right tools to the region, we started delivering practical solutions designed for farmers.

From silos and grain handling systems to custom fabrication and on-site repairs, SEA has built a reputation for getting the job done. Farmers know that when they call Daniel and his team, they will get straightforward advice, tough gear, and service that keeps their farms running.
